Last year, the company stopped working with all external pre-processors and brought all shrimp processing operations in-house. This is to ensure the full oversight of all processing stages in the supply chain,” Thai Union’s Group Director of Sustainable Development, Darian McBain, PhD, recently said to Undercurrent News.
